Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Orders for "Special Order" merchandise, software, supplies or services are non-cancelable. POS Depot.com reserves the right to require deposits or prepayment for "Special Orders". There will be no refunds and no returns on "Special Orders." Defective replacement only. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of nonpayment of any invoice, POS Depot.com shall be entitled to recover all reasonable expenses including but not limited to collection fees, attorney's fees, and court costs.

Sales Tax
Sales Taxes will be added to all orders as appropriate.

Shipping Charges
Our common carrier is UPS. Standard shipping charges are calculated interactively with UPS rates during the check out process. Unless another shipping method is requested, all orders are shipped via a UPS Ground Service. Rush Shipments are available within the continental US. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Special Charges
POS Depot.com reserves the right to assess special handling charges including (but not limited to) charges for expedited shipment, drop shipments, and courier services. Such charges will be added to the invoice for such shipments. All shipping and applicable restocking charges related to refused shipments are the responsibility of the party placing the original order. In the event POS Depot.com fails to receive full payment, the ordering party agrees that such guaranteed amounts are due immediately upon presentation of POS Depot.com's invoice. POS Depot.com reserves the right to assess a service charge for such services.

Volume Discounts
Large orders may qualify for volume discounts. Please contact us at info@posdepot.com or fax us at 443-285-0375.

Warranty
THE (OEM) ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY APPLIES. COPIES OF SUCH WARRANTIES ARE ON FILE AND ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. POS DEPOT.COM MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. POS DEPOT.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, NOR SHALL POS DEPOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF POS DEPOT.COM PRODUCTS.

Return Merchandise Authorization
Any and all merchandise to be returned to POS Depot.com for any reason must be clearly identified with a POS Depot.com assigned "RMA" number. Transportation charges to be prepaid by the buyer. All other returns will be refused. RMA numbers may be obtained by calling POS Depot.com prior to returning any merchandise. RMA numbers will be valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. RMA numbers must appear only on shipping labels in order to qualify for credit consideration. All returns must have a valid RMA number, and be returned with all cables, documentation, manuals, software, ribbons (sealed), and original packaging (free of any additional labels or markings), and must be received in "new" condition suitable for resale in order to qualify for credit consideration. No returns after 30 days. POS Depot.com reserves the right to assess additional charges for missing or unusable items returned not in "new" condition. Software cannot be returned. All software sales are final. Restocking fees, not to exceed 20%, may apply when merchandise is returned due to incorrect order placement by customer.

"Dead on Arrival" (DOA's)
POS Depot.com must receive claims for DOA defective merchandise within 5 days. The Original Equipment Manufacturer's policy for repairing or replacing DOA defective products will apply. Defective merchandise returns are only for repair or replacement with the same product and model.
